Operations Director
Brenda Smith is the co-owner and Operations Director of Armoured Pest Control, where she brings over a decade of expertise in business administration and accounting to ensure seamless operations. Raised in the Lower Mainland, Brenda holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a concentration in Business Law from Douglas College. Her strong educational background and extensive experience have been pivotal in the growth and success of APC. Outside of work, Brenda enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, whether that be over coffee at a local cafe or preparing authentic Latin food with family. She also loves going on trail walks with her husband, Iris and Izzy (her dog and cat).

Field Operations Director
Ryan Smith, a proud native of the Lower Mainland, has been a dedicated professional in the pest control industry since 2017. As the co-owner and Field Operations Director of Armoured Pest Control, he leverages over ten years of experience in customer service and sales to deliver exceptional, client-focused service. Known for his expertise and commitment to the local community, Ryan has built a reputation for reliability and excellence. When he's not safeguarding homes and businesses from unwanted pests, he enjoys relaxing with a good movie and taking leisurely walks with his beloved dog, Iris. And you can always catch him savouring a steaming bowl of ramen noodle soup. Ryan's blend of professional dedication and local charm makes him a beloved and reliable figure in his community.
